Sonarqube Assets - MSBuild script and Build.Tasks.dll.

In the MSBuild script, the top PropertyGroup block will need to be filled out. Just replace the comments. And populate the 'Sonarqube Projects' settings by following the instructions there. And put Build.Tasks.dll somewhere the build can access it.

Right now, it needs to be run from inside a Visual Studio Command Prompt (and not a conventional command prompt).
